Based in Hythe I work in Photography, Ceramics, Sculpture and Mixed media. I have concentrated
on the classical art of black and white photographic imaging, printing my own work and using
traditional methods and early photographic methods such as cyanotype and Vandyke, printing on
paper and cloth. My ceramics are organic shapes, handbuilt using both stoneware and raku firing
methods. Since obtaining my degree in Fine Art and K.I.A.D Canterbury i have undertaken an
number of residencies amd community projects. In 2000 - 2001 i was awarded a 'Year of the Artist'
Residency at the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford where my photographic images and
sculptures can be seen on permanent display. I have exhibited widely in the UK and also in
Belgium.
